OVEN-BAKED ZUCCHINI CHIPS

Ingredients:

2 medium zucchinis

1/2 cup whole grain breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup milk

 

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Dip each zucchini round into the milk, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Place the coated zucchini rounds onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.

Serving:

Serve hot as a snack with a dipping sauce of your choice.
