Ingredients:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
12 oz string beans, trimmed
Directions:
1. In an air fryer over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds until golden and fragrant, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
2. Season the pork slices with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat and cook the pork in batches until browned and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a platter and keep warm.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes if using.
4. Add the string beans to the same air fryer and cook over medium-high heat until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
6. Return the pork to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
