Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust
6 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 cup diced onion
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream Salt and black pepper, to taste
Pinch of nutmeg
1cup shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and spray a round cake pan that fits in your air fryer basket with cooking spray.
2. Unroll the pie crust and press it into the prepared cake pan, trimming any excess dough. Prick the bottom and sides of the crust with a fork.
3. Place the crust in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
4. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
5. In the same skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion until soft, about 5 minutes.
6. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
7. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the bottom of the crust. Top with bacon and onion. Pour the egg mixture over everything.
8. Place the quiche in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden.
9. Let the quiche rest for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
