Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken.
In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, making sure it covers the chicken completely.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or on high heat for 2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and transfer to a serving dish. Spoon the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce from the slow cooker over the chicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta or steamed vegetables.
Note: For a thicker sauce, you can mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with a tablespoon of water and stir it into the sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
